Article 12 of the human rights states: "No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his private life." An unusual project, namely bringing together more knowledge about human rights and enjoyment, distinguishes "The Human Wine" project. The 2016 Pinot Gris from the Kopp Winery, which carries Article 12 of the Human Rights on its label, is currently being served at the GOLVET. Sommelier Benjamin Becker chose the white wine from the "Sinzheimer Am Altenberg" site in Baden, which is characterised by its barrique character, not only because of its philantrophic approach, but above all because of its taste. However, the GOLVET is also committed to the concern of the "Water is right" foundation to enable as many people as possible worldwide to be supplied with clean drinking water. 2.50 euros per bottle sold goes to the "Human Wine Project".
