Jana Biondić

Sous Chef

Jana Biondić brings creativity, precision and great passion to the kitchen. Having grown up in southern Germany, she initially studied art history and sociology before discovering her true calling in cooking. The combination of aesthetics and craftsmanship continues to shape her culinary style to this day. After working as a private chef, she continued to develop her skills at Cookies Cream – progressing from commis chef to chef de partie and eventually to sous chef. There, she gained valuable experience in fine dining under Nicholas Hahn, with whom she refined her high standards of quality and attention to detail. Driven by her curiosity and passion for haute cuisine, she continues to refine her style.
