Nicholas Hahn & Team: A New Chapter at GOLVET  

Nicholas Hahn now leads the kitchen at GOLVET. As one of Germany’s most distinguished and exciting chefs and newly awarded “Berlin Master Chef” he is redefining the culinary identity of our restaurant.

Together with his dedicated team, including Sous Chef Jana Biondic, Restaurant Manager Martin Wolf, Sommelier Andrea Agosta and Bar Manager Thomas Isabella, he creates unforgettable evenings defined by precision, character and contemporary elegance.

Capacities

  • Private dinners & chef's table – ideal for small, exclusive groups of up to 6 people
  • Restaurant – flexible use for groups and parties of up to 100 people
  • Festive dinners & receptions – with a set menu (max. 100 people) or a flying dinner reception on request (up to 150 people)
  • Bar – perfect for an aperitif, reception, or informal meeting for up to 15 people seated

For groups of 20 or more and with a minimum turnover of €15.000 net, exclusive booking of the space is possible on weekdays. On weekends, the minimum turnover is €20.000 net.

VALENTINE'S DAY ♡ at GOLVET

In 2026, we are inviting you to our third exclusive Valentine's Day dinner at GOLVET – high above the rooftops of Berlin, with a panoramic night view, a glass of champagne to welcome you, and a setting that is perfect for lovers.

Look forward to a 7-course menu created especially for this evening – the first Valentine's Day with the culinary signature of our new chef Nicholas Hahn, who stages modern haute cuisine in a purist and intense way.

The experience is rounded off with fine pralines from patissière Karina Appeldorn – a sweet reminder of an unforgettable evening to take home with you.

Accompanied by an atmosphere full of style and intimacy, this Valentine's Day promises to be a special experience for all the senses.

As demand is very high every year and most places are quickly reserved, we recommend booking early.
