Head Chef Jonas Zörner has found an equal partner in Stefan Fäth to present new aspects of fine dining. With fresh influences from Hamburg and a maritime touch, Jellyfish delivers top-notch seafood cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere, complementing the philosophy of GOLVET wonderfully: Casual Fine Dining with a WOW factor.

Together, the two are setting new standards for fine dining: Look forward to a specially curated menu that skillfully combines the innovative approaches of both kitchens, allowing guests to immerse themselves in new flavor experiences.
